What sets me apart from other photographers?

I spent years experimenting in film photography before my formal education trained me to follow my eye. My professors taught me the "rules" of photography so that I could break them with intention. My theater degree prepared me to handle dramatic stressful situations so I can anticipate, solve, and direct any unexpected moments that come my way. My yoga training allows me to calm your nerves and keep you focused in the moment. 

Who is your second photographer for weddings?

Liz (my wife) is usually my second. She has a natural eye and creativity with behind the scenes imagery. If she isn’t available I have a network of awesome people I love to work with. No matter what we have both of you covered photographing alternate angles of the day.

Do you shoot weddings out of the country?
Yes! We love to travel for destination weddings. It is our dream to photograph a wedding in every state as well as internationally. We have had the honor of being a destination photographer in California, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Mexico, England, Belize and St. Lucia.

What kind of gear do you use?
We photograph with all Canon cameras and are always updating our equipment to be the newest and best versions to capture your event. I have a variety of lenses for different situations.

How long does it take to see all our photos?
When we got married it was excruciating to wait for our wedding photos, and we only waited two months for them. Within thirty days your full gallery of edited images is provided for you and your family to view. Portrait sessions including engagement sessions are around two weeks. 

How many images of my event will I receive?
We believe in quality over quantity when it comes to photography. Weddings usually result in an average of one hundred photos an hour. Portraits range from fifty to one hundred depending on the type of session. Every event has a custom gallery to view, share and the ability to download the high resolution images.
