I was super lucky to be asked to do a styled shoot at the Ogle House in Annapolis. It is a gorgeous Annapolis Historic Wedding Venue. Here are some of my favorites from the shoot.
As everyone collected their red envelopes the excitement in the room was palpable. People stared at them wondering what could be inside. Ed St John started chatting about how the company has grown, how every person that works with them is equally important, and how the incredible goal of managing 20 million square feet goal had been met in 2019.

Annapolis weddings at Historic Londontown are always so beautiful. These two ladies are so in love and it was such an honor to be there with them on their wedding day. Happy anniversary to one of our favorite couples!
Everything was overwhelmingly gorgeous and meticulously planned for this intimate California Wedding. The air smelled like sunshine with wafting lavender, pine, rosemary, and sage surrounding her parent’s garden.
Dan & Ashley hired me because I went to Virginia Tech. Hokies stick together and when we met each other we knew we would have a fun together.
St. Lucia was another destination I never thought I would go to. It seems that places fall in my lap because of clients or friends who want to go which is basically the most lazy way to find places to go. St. Lucia is a lush and gorgeous spot for a wedding or honeymoon. Its rainforests are know for being in first Jurassic Park Movie.
Fells Point Engagement Sessions are so much fun. Dan & Hilary wanted to do their session here because they live in Fells and love all things Baltimore! They met at Duke University, singing a cappella. They have a love of board games, cats, salsa dancing, wine/wineries, scuba diving, singing & music.
Our company jumps at the chance to photograph destination weddings. When Helen asked if we could go to Belize with her and Justin I said yes before she finished talking.
This was a stunningly gorgeous and fun Annapolis wedding to photograph. I fell in love Brian & Grace as soon as they walked through my door. He is a handsome guy with a funny dry wit and she is a stylish but down to earth gal.
Eastern Shore fall weddings are gorgeous. Ceremonies outside anywhere at any time are a risk . The crisp air flying across the bay blew Kaitlyns veil in soft waves. The tavern ballroom is the party spot. Every space at the beach club are unique and this one has a fun bar/restaurant feel.
Destination Engagement sessions are always an adventure. When Erin asked me to come and photograph her & Arthur in Detroit I jumped at the chance. There was a wealth of backgrounds and fun photographic adventures to be had..
"We want a photographer who can capture the traditional poses but also the sideways glances and the little moments that are often not photographed."
Bryan and Jill met in their freshman year of high school and have been together since. They make each other laugh after 16 years which I believe is number two (communication being number one) to have a lasting marriage. Bryan's sarcasm is dry and witty which kept us giggling throughout the day. The photos show how much fun these two have together and how much the people around them were happy to see their union. "I can’t wait to see our baby for the first time, holding the baby, feeling the baby’s hand curl around my finger...seeing Rob hold our baby for the first time and look into his/her eyes... I know I’m going to cry. This has been the happiest pregnancy and I have felt so good. And Rob has been so great. I’m very lucky.”
There isn't anything more adorable then a whimsical nursery for a newborn photo session!!

One of my favorite places to photograph Engagement Sessions is Downtown Annapolis. The colors are vibrant and textural which lead to fun diverse backgrounds.
Quiet Waters Park Engagement sessions are woodsy and watery.
