Baltimore Greek Wedding : Jeff and AmandaHickok Photography

Jeff and Amanda met at Mothers in Federal Hill in Baltimore and have been together since March 2008. They are a perfect combination because ” I am a little more uptight, and he is a very laid back guy. It is a great dynamic” as Amanda put it. Opposites do attract. This Nurse and Policeman will be sure to take care of each other for years to come! It was great getting to know them at their Engagement session and being there for such a fun Greek wedding full of family, friends, traditions, and lots of dancing!

Amanda dove into her stunning dress from Klienfields with the help of her 9 bridesmaids and her mom. Her two dogs made sure to help out as well and had their photos taken with her before she left for the church! How cute are they? The limo ride was a flash back to the 90′s while the gals sang Celine Dion’s “It’s All coming Back To Me” with lots of laughter and smiles.

The Cathedral was stunning and colorful. Greek ceremonies are a bit different, but beautiful because of all the singing and the movement throughout the ceremony. My favorite moment is always when they are officially married when they walk around the alter three times. I could see that Jeff and Amanda were excited for the first steps of their married life together.

Luckily the rain was coming in and out so we were able to grab some photos in front of Mothers and Federal Hill! They were off to their honeymoon in Hawaii after a dancing filled reception.

Here are the flower puppies that couldn’t attend the wedding, but I am sure would have loved to be there!

Most Enjoy Greek Dancing, but the flower girl did not . There are moments in my career where I get to laugh the the most ironic of scenes and this was one of them. She was so cute out there in the midst of all that fun screaming her head off. Her mom picked her up seconds after this photo was taken.
